We value your time — and ours. Please take a moment to review our policies before booking:
Deposits & No-Shows
To reserve your appointment, a deposit may be required. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service as a no-show fee.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Late cancellations may result in a fee of 50% of your service total.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and charge 50% of the service fee as a late cancellation.
Safety & Courtesy
To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you silence your devices and avoid bringing additional guests unless being serviced.

Children in the Salon – Policy Notice
To respect the comfort and focus of both clients and stylists, we kindly ask that children not accompany adults to appointments unless the child has a scheduled service.
If a child is present without a scheduled service, we reserve the right to reschedule or refuse the appointment if it may disrupt other guests or pose safety concerns.
