Information you send us
When you use the appointment request form, we receive your name and phone number, your email address if you add it, the service, preferred date and time you choose and any notes. We use these details only to arrange your appointment and to reply to you. Requests are delivered to the salon by email; the website does not keep a copy unless the salon turns on message storage, in which case copies are deleted automatically after the retention period shown on this page.
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages — by ticking a text-message box on our form or by texting us first — we use your mobile number to send the messages you agreed to: appointment messages and, only if you separately agreed, marketing messages. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
We send texts through our customer messaging service provider, which processes your number only to deliver our messages and handle your replies and opt-outs.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the salon and this website (for example email delivery, text message delivery and website hosting), only as needed to provide those services, or when the law requires it.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website works without tracking cookies. If the salon enables Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Google Ads measurement, those services may set cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and the effectiveness of advertising, such as clicks on booking, call, text and directions links.
